# Troubleshooting

## Resource will not start

* Check that the folder is named `five_deathscreen` and that the `ensure` line uses the same name.
* Install/start the dependencies.
* Check the first relevant server-console error and verify all manifest-referenced files exist.

## Feature or interaction is missing

* Review the configuration files.
* Confirm framework and integration settings match the resources running on your server.
* For inventory features, confirm item definitions are registered in the active inventory.
* For target interactions, ensure the configured target resource is started.

## UI issues

If this resource has a UI, confirm its NUI files remain present and check client F8 for errors. Do not remove bundled web assets when updating.

## Database issues

* Check whether your installed version requires database setup in its product instructions or configuration.

Share the resource version, framework, relevant dependencies, and full error message with FIVE CUSTOMS support. Remove all credentials and private identifiers from logs before sending them.
