# Installation

## 1. Prepare the resource

1. Stop the resource if it is already running.
2. Copy `five_sellcars` into your server's resources directory.
3. Keep the resource's internal folder structure intact.
4. Review the configuration page before starting it.

## 2. Install dependencies

The resource manifest references:

* `ox_lib` — referenced by the resource manifest.
* `oxmysql` — referenced by the resource manifest.
* `ox_target` — referenced by the resource manifest.

Install and configure required dependencies using their official instructions. Start them before `five_sellcars`.

## 3. Database and inventory setup

SQL files included with this resource:

* `INSTALL/five_sellcars.sql`

Import only the file appropriate for your setup, after backing up your database.

Potential inventory/item setup files:

* `INSTALL/five_inventory_item.lua`
* `INSTALL/ox_inventory_item.lua`

## 4. Add to server.cfg

Add this after its dependencies:

```cfg
ensure five_sellcars
```

## 5. Verify

Start the server or restart the resource, then inspect the server console and client F8. Confirm the resource initializes without missing dependency, SQL, or NUI errors.
